The Northwest ADA Center is a research center at the University of Washington funded by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR). The center is staffed by ADA professionals and experts whose role is to assist local businesses and governments, as well as people with disabilities, in creating a more disability-friendly culture.
The website provides trainings, fact sheets, calculators for things like the number of needed accessible parking spaces, and other resources, and was updated as recently as March, 2023.
